Example: Linux, Python3, USB-1208FS-Plus, concurrent analog input and output scanning

Here is an example demonstrating how to setup and run concurrent analog input and analog output scans, both continuously.

The example was written for Python 3.7
using PyCharm® Community edition installed on a Raspberry Pi® 4B

Features the USB-1208FS-Plus but can be easily modified for other devices.
The scans run at different rates, and collect/output different amounts of data
The scans run independently but on the same device and in one thread.

The tricky part is keeping all the variables separate.
