NI LabVIEW 8.2 and greater PersonalDaq

The existing PersonalDaq (54, 55 & 56) LabVIEW support VI's were created in LabVIEW 4.1 and will not load in LabVIEW versions greater than 8.2. However the download attached to this article contains the LabVIEW support saved in LabVIEW 8.2 format and this allows for newer version to work. Copy these libraries over the existing libraries to update the support. For example, run the existing PersonalDaq LabVIEW installation by copying the following URL into your browser address bar:

https://www.mccdaq.com/downloads/iotech_software/PersonalDaq50_Series/labviewpdaq5xsetup.exe

Direct the installation to put the support under (for example) \National Instrument\LabView 2013\. Doing this, the installation will put the support into the National Instruments\LabVIEW 2013\User.Lib\Data Acquisition\Personal Daq. Copy the newer (attached) support over the existing support. Now LabVIEW 2013 can open the original VIs

This support requires that Personal DaqView be installed as it installs the system drivers and DLL's. To install Personal DaqView copy the following URL into your browser's address bar:
