ViewXL is a 32 bit program

ViewXL is a 32 bit Visual Basic for Application (VBA) program that controls DaqView from within Microsoft Excel. On 64 bit versions of Microsoft Vista and Windows 7, ViewXL must be used with the 32 bit version of Microsoft Excel. Microsoft documents indicate that the default installation for Office 2010 is the 32 bit version but don't count on it - instead check to make sure before contacting Technical Support. To do this select the Excel File->Help menu item and in the text that appears check for 32 bit as shown below.
